I can’t even begin to describe how much I’ve missed writing this blog. Over the past 2 months, I’ve been so focused on my exams and as a result I had to put aside this blog, which I love so dearly. It’s been just over a week since I made my first post on this blog last year and I can’t believe how quickly time has passed!
Happy 1 Year Anniversary, Bakering! *throws confetti*
Unfortunately, I do not have a recipe for this post at the moment, but I guarantee you that I am working on it! So for this blog post, aside from telling you guys that I am finally back, I wanted to share with you what I have been doing over these past two months:
I’ve looked back on my recipes and over this short one-year period where I have immersed myself in the food world, I’ve found out and learnt so much and now, I realize that there are quite a few minor flaws which I now know not to make now but I didn’t know when I first started this blog! As a result, over these 2 months I’ve been modifying my recipes, changing things and experimenting (aka causing havoc) in my kitchen. I’ve tested out quite a few different cupcake recipes in order to find the perfect cupcake recipe but I haven’t got there yet… but I am determined to get there somehow!
Therefore, my goal for 2015 is:
To tweak and refine my recipes in order to produce the best possible yet easily achievable recipes!
Aside from this, I’ve also made a profile on the Sorted Food App, which is a food community app where you can post your own recipes and look at the different recipes from people all over the world. In case you haven’t heard of Sorted Food, it is a British YouTube Food Channel founded by 4 extremely talented and charismatic guys: Ben, Jamie, Barry and Mike. So, if you haven’t heard of them or their app, please do check it out (they are absolutely amazing) and if you have a profile, I would love to follow your recipes so please comment your username down below!
This is all I have for today, but I promise not only to you all, but to myself, that I will definitely post something soon! Thank you so much for being such a supportive audience and I can’t tell you how grateful I am for making my day by commenting something nice or just reading my posts! I am immensely grateful and I look forward to a great, fruitful year ahead!
