This was a rather gloomy day as you could see from the blue hues of the sky. But overall, everything was still amazing and I was absolutely blown away by the level of detail over the things in Paris. Every single thing can only be described with: exquisite.
There were so many pigeons in Paris and the funny things about them compared to the ones at home-pigeons in Paris are fat.
Taking a photo in front of Napoleon’s Tomb-Hotel de Invalides.
Black and White photos are becoming a very serious obsession.
Being slightly rebellious and stepping over the grass.
These paintings are absolutely gorgeous and I feel like they are rarely scrutinized individually on their own but only as a whole which is such a shame considering how much time it must’ve taken for the artists to add in all the tiny details.
I’ve always been fascinated by Marble patterns.
Even the stair case handle has that much detail.
A mini model.
The French Flag- I drew it upside down once. That was embarrassing.
Visiting the Rodin Museum.
The gates of hell.
Ate a fruit tart by the Café of the museum.
The metro in Paris might be old compared to many other cities in the world, but the individual style of every station is what makes it so special.
Outside the Cathedral-Saint Chapelle.
The glorious stained windows of Saint Chapelle.
Another street of Paris.
It’s beautiful how these places have such high ceilings for Chandeliers whereas in Hong Kong, all the buildings have such low ceilings.
The famous rose-windows.
Saint-Denis without his head.
Finally had the famous Chocolat Chaud at a Parisian Café with a Tarte aux Pommes and a Chocolat Macaron.
Took a ride on the ferry on la Seine whilst it was raining.
Even though it’s covered by a sheet of rain, it still manages to look striking.
The Eiffel Tower!
Steak and Chips for dinner.
